Villa LaVista7 – Ratnagiri, Maharashtra
By confirming a booking at Villa LaVista7, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.
The remaining balance must be paid before check‑in or at check‑in as agreed.
The villa will be reserved only for the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking.
Additional guests may incur extra charges or may not be allowed without prior approval.
2. Check‑In & Check‑Out
Check‑in time: After 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Check‑out time: Before 11:00 AM
Early check‑in or late check‑out may be possible subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Guest Identification
All guests 18 years and above must provide valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) at check‑in.
This is required for local registration and safety compliance.
4. Villa Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:
Only registered guests are allowed inside the villa.
No loud music after 12:00 PM to respect neighbors.
Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
Illegal activities, drugs, or weapons are strictly forbidden.
Parties or events are allowed only with prior permission.
Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect the property.
Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
5. Swimming Pool Rules
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Lavista7 is not responsible of any injury / accident
No swimming is allowed between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Glass containers or breakable items are not allowed in the pool area.
Management reserves the right to restrict access if rules are violated.
6. Nivali Waterfall Visit Rules
Guests may visit Nivali Waterfall only with Villa LaVista7 assistance or guide.
Guests found at the waterfall without villa assistance will be considered in violation of rules.
Any incidents, accidents, or injuries at Nivali Waterfall without villa assistance will not be the responsibility of Villa LaVista7.
This policy ensures guest safety and local compliance.
7. Food & Dietary Preferences
Guests can inform the management in advance about any dietary restrictions, allergies, or food preferences.
Special meals may incur extra charges depending on ingredients or preparation requirements.
The villa will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee availability of all items.
8. Pet Policy
Pets are welcome, but prior approval is required before booking.
Guests are responsible for their pet’s behavior and hygiene.
Pets must not damage property or disturb other guests.
A charge of ₹2,500 per night per pet will be applied.
Pets cannot be left unattended inside the villa for long periods.
A refundable security deposit may be collected for cleaning or damages.
9. Gazebo & BBQ Facilities
Gazebo and BBQ facilities are available for guest use at extra charges.
Charges apply per session and must be booked in advance.
Guests are responsible for cleanliness and safe use of these facilities.
Management reserves the right to refuse usage if rules are not followed.
10. Alcohol / Corkage Policy
Villa LaVista7 does not sell alcohol.
Guests may bring their own alcohol, which can be served by the villa upon payment of a corkage charge.
Corkage charges must be confirmed in advance with management.
Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly on the premises.
11. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be collected at the time of check‑in.
Any damage to property, furniture, appliances, or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
12. Settlement of Bills
Guests must settle all unpaid bills at the billing counter before checking out.
This includes charges for food, beverages, pets, gazebo/BBQ, corkage, or any other extra services.
Departure without clearing bills is not allowed.
13. Guest Belongings / Lost & Found
Guests must ensure they take all personal belongings before leaving.
Villa LaVista7 is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left behind. Use lockers to keep safe
Any leftover items found by villa staff will be handled responsibly by the management, but this does not constitute liability.
14. Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before check‑in: Full refund of advance.
3–7 days before check‑in: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before check‑in: No refund.
15. Safety & Liability
Guests use all facilities (including pool, terrace, gazebo, BBQ, etc.) at their own risk.
Management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
Parents must supervise children at all times.
16. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own valuables and belongings.
Management will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage during the stay.
17. Property Damage
Guests will be charged for any damage to the property or missing items.
Repair or replacement costs will be recovered from the guest.
18. Right of Admission
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel booking if:
Rules are violated
Illegal activities are suspected
Behavior is abusive or unsafe
Maintain cleanliness and proper behavior.
Use of abusive language or misconduct will lead to removal from the premises.
19. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Maharashtra.
Any disputes shall be subject to Ratnagiri jurisdiction.
